- PROJECT CHALLENGES: a.Deformation after welding is relatively large, and dent appear after grinding. b.The curvature of the side plate is formed by worker's repeated bending. After bending, each piece shall be measured to ensure the tolerance does not affect welding of subsequent parts.
- SVEI SOLUTION: The difficulty of this project is welding and powder coating. Because the material is aluminum, so deformation after welding is relatively large, and dent appear after grinding. We made jig to ensure the dimension during welding, and use metal repair putty to fill the dent before powder coating.

This project is for Singapore client which started from 2016 till now. We manufacture all parts but without assembly as client required. The difficulty of this project is welding and powder coating.
